Common help topics
I can’t sign in or my account is locked
Email us from the address on your account and tell us what you see. If your account was suspended, we’ll explain why and what, if anything, you can do next.
Billing and membership
Memberships are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, open your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For anything else, email us.
Report or block someone
Use the report and block options on a member’s profile or in your conversation. If you need to report something urgent, email us with details. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Report a bug or give feedback
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, plus your device and app version. Screenshots help a lot.
Privacy requests (access, correction, copy of your data)
Email us from your account address with what you’d like. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how we handle data.

Delete your account
Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Twyne and go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm once. It happens immediately, and you don’t need a match or subscription to do it.
What gets deleted: your profile, photos, prompts and preferences; other files you uploaded (such as voice notes and verification selfies); your matches, likes and message history; and your location, verification status and notification tokens. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone, even by support.
What may be kept: reports about your account and our decisions on them, where needed to enforce our rules (a copy of a reported conversation is kept only until our team finishes reviewing it); a one-way fingerprint of your email address, not the address itself, if your account was banned, so it can’t be used to sign up again; reports you filed stay on record but no longer show who filed them; anything needed to prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation; and aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple or Google account settings to stop future billing.
Option 2: request deletion here
If you can’t open the app, or no longer have it installed, choose Delete my account in the support form and send it. To protect you, we confirm the request by replying to the email address on the account before deleting. Once confirmed, we process it for you, and the same deletion and retention rules above apply.
